SCOPE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent services and maximize guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

Reports to:

Restaurant Manager and/or Manager on Duty

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers
• Present menus and provide detailed information (F&B menu knowledge)
• Prepare tables by setting up linen, silverware. Glasses
• Offer menu recommendations and daily specials
• Use every upselling opportunity as per standards
• Take accurate F&B orders using POS, Handhelds or order slips
• Serve Food & Drinks
• Maintain clean & tidy dining area and equipment
• Deliver & collect bill payments
• Carry dirty equipment to the kitchen pot wash
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
• Attend job specific trainings
• Attend team communication meetings

Chef de Partie

SCOPE OF JOB

The scope of this role is to ensure that all preparation of his designated section is ready for service and run to the highest standards as set by the Executive Chef.

Reports to: Sous Chef

 Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all food is prepared with the highest quality standards and is served on time.
• Support and replace the Sous Chef in his/her absence.
• Responsible for maintaining tidy & clean working areas.
• Preparing workstations ready for operation as per standards
• Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
• Ensure completion of M.E.P before service.
• Produce dishes as per recipes, photos and set standards.
• Delegate and supervise jobs to commit chefs and support them in their development
• Maintain a safe work environment. Report and/or rectify safety hazards.
• Follow kitchen Manual and SOPs and respect CERS procedures.

• Ensuring HACCP and Health & Safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained

• Attend job specific trainings

• Attend team briefing and communication meetings

Responsible to provide basic support and service task to the outlet aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer driven with an outgoing and approachable character. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have full knowledge of Shisha contents and preparation methods

• Assist guests regarding Shisha menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling Shisha equipment and storage
• Ensure that the shisha area is always clean and arranged neatly
• Control stocks for daily use to ensure service requirements are met
